Joyce June Dial, 89, died at 9:26 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2024 at La Bella of Alton.
Born June 22, 1934 in Carrollton, IL, she was the daughter of Herman Carter and Lillian Beatrice (Greenwood) Hoff.
Mrs. Dial retired from Shop and Save and was a member of the Community Christian Church in Alton. On July 19, 1993 she married Joseph Thomas Dial. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Carter Branham (Susan) of Alton and David Dial (Freida) of Kansas City, KS, three grandchildren, Shawn Branham (Jody), James Branham (Melissa) and Jessica Potria, and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey. Memorials may be made to the Community Christian Church or the American Diabetes Association.
