Lori Etta Davis, 60, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 8:02 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at her home. She was born February 10, 1964, in Granite City, a daughter of Gloria (Smallie) Davis of Granite City and the late Alford Davis.
Lori was a talented artist and singer, loved animals and enjoyed reading. She was a woman of many talents and had worked throughout the years with clerical office work, served as a bartender, a driver for railroad transportation and as a certified nurse’s assistant, always in the capacity of caring for others.
In addition to her beloved mother, she is survived by her sister, Kathy Burrier of Rockledge, Florida; two nephews, Kyle Burrier and Mark Burrier; a niece, Jennifer and her husband, Corey Webb; aunt, Vineta Smallie; her cherished friend of over ten years, Mike Harper; many cousins; other extended family and friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Phillip Mull and a brother-in-law, David Burrier.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Byron Wampler officiating.
