2002 Kawasaki Vulcan

I have a 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan would be great for spare parts or for motor it runs but it needs few things fixed lol the coil and battery and handle.bars and a couple lights would be great for a project for a young boy or for a starter bike I do  not.habe a title at this point but I can file for one just dont need it hav e of spare toys laying around as is 400$ obo so t go below 300 though the motor is worth that !
