I have two small one bedroom houses in Alton available for rent.  No utilities provided. They are small so I don't provide AC.  A small window unit if you have one cools it down fine.  These are houses so you are responsible for keeping the yard mowed and gutters cleaned.

One bedroom house off Milton with living room, kitchen, and bath.  All electric. Full basement with only outside access.  Washer dryer hook-up in basement.  $600 a month.

One bedroom house by Laclede and Broadway with living room, kitchen with pantry, and small bath. Gas and electric.  Full basement with inside and outside access. Washer dryer hook-up in basement.   $650 a month.

Requirements:  600 Credit score or higher.  Income needs to be at least three times rent amount.  No prior evictions.

Application required and a background check will be done.  A pet is negotiable.
