Rustic Roots Event Space of Wood River is a space meant to be enjoyed—where stories begin, laughter echoes, and moments become memories.

Step inside and you’ll immediately feel the warm, rustic ambiance. Exposed brick walls, reclaimed metal and pallet wood accents, soaring warehouse-style ceilings, and concrete floors set the tone. The large space is furnished with custom-made wood and metal tables, handcrafted by two talented local artists, and paired with black metal farmhouse chairs for a stylish, yet comfortable, setup. Overhead, bistro lights cast a cozy glow—perfect for gatherings of all kinds.

The Rustic Roots building dates back to the early 1900s and has lived many lives—from a car dealership and garage, to the home of a respected construction company, to a beloved local shop. Today, it's been thoughtfully transformed into a one-of-a-kind event venue that blends history, charm, and modern functionality.

From weddings and holiday parties to birthdays, family get-togethers, vendor events, and work functions- let Rustic Roots be the place where your next celebration comes to life!

What's Included:

 Hourly Rentals:

• Monday-Thursday
• $200 First Hour
• $100 Each Additional Hour

Friday Packages:

• Package A- Early Evening (5 p.m. - 9 p.m.) $800
• Package B- Standard Celebration (6 p.m. - 10 p.m.) $900
• Package C- Happy Hour Gathering (4 p.m. - 7 p.m.) $600
• Package D- Friday Wedding Package $2,500 - includes 2-hour setup, 5 hour event, bar service, 1-hour cleanup

Saturday Packages:

• Full-Day Rental- (Day-of access only) $3,500 - includes 2-hour setup on Saturday, 5 hour event, bar service, 1-hour cleanup
• Full Day Rental- (with Friday access)- $4,000 - includes Friday access to space for setup and/or use for up to 2 hours for rehearsal, 5 hour event, bar service, 1-hour cleanup

Sunday Packages:

• Morning- (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) $500
• Afternoon- (3 p.m. - 7 p.m.) $500

If your event is within 60 days and still available on Rustic Roots' calendar, you may book a last-minute special from the package list below:

• Package F- Weekday Micro-Events (Mon–Thurs) – $100/hour (2-hour minimum)
• Package G – Friday Last-Minute Discount (4-hour block: 5–9 pm or 6–10 pm) $600
• Package H - Saturday Morning Special - Morning (10:00am - 2:00 pm) $500
• Package I - Saturday Afternoon Special - (3:00 pm - 7:00 pm) $650
• Package J - Saturday Night Special -4 Hour Block (5-9 pm or 6-10 pm) $650
• Package K – Micro-Wedding / Elopement (4 Hours) $1,500 - up to 50 guests, includes ceremony and reception time for cake & photos
• Package L – Sunday Full-Day Discount (10:00 am – 5:00 pm) $700
