Non-Refundable Services

• Digital Subscriptions - All digital subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
• Event Promotions - Payments made for event advertising or featured event listings are non-refundable.
• Classified Ad Featuring - Fees paid for featuring classified ads are non-refundable.
• Employment Ads - Payments for employment advertising are final and non-refundable.
• Advertising Services - All advertising purchases, including display ads, sponsored content, and other promotional placements, are non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Since our services are digital, there is no shipping or physical delivery. All services are provided electronically through our platform. Upon completing your purchase, your selected service will be activated or scheduled as outlined in the service agreement or listing details.

Cancellation Policy

• Digital Subscriptions - You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will only stop future charges; no refunds will be issued for past payments.
• Advertising Services - Advertising campaigns and promotions cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and the campaign is scheduled or live.
• Event & Classified Ad Featuring - Once an event or classified ad is featured, the listing cannot be canceled or removed for a refund.
