TROY - The Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce is seeking college juniors and seniors for its spring internship program, offering hands-on experience in various aspects of chamber operations. Students enrolled in mass communication, social media, video, public relations, business, marketing, or office management are encouraged to apply.

The unpaid internship provides opportunities to engage in office processes, event planning, event attendance, and networking with Chamber members. The Chamber emphasizes the importance of interns who can work independently, pay close attention to detail, demonstrate reliability, and are willing to undertake a range of tasks.

Since its inception, the Chamber has hosted more than 260 college interns, working around each intern’s academic and work schedule. The program aims to connect students with local businesses, potentially leading to employment opportunities after graduation.
