On Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, 1818 Chophouse will host “A Valentine's Affair: An Evening of Romance, Indulgence, and Unforgettable Flavors,” part of their “The Perfect Pairing” series. The evening will include a seven-course prix fixe menu with a variety of delicious flavors and optional wine pairings.

“Guests can look forward to a delightful evening that celebrates love and connection through food,” said Alicia Brower with 1818 Chophouse. “Our menu will feature a carefully crafted selection of delicious dishes designed to evoke romance, with options that highlight unique ingredients. We’ll also offer thoughtfully paired wines to complement each course.”

This evening is open to ticketed guests with a cost of $120 per person. Seating times begin at 5 p.m. and diners can expect a two-hour luxury meal with their partner or group.

“A Valentine’s Affair” is part of “The Perfect Pairing” series, for which Head Chef Adam Mitchell has crafted an elegant menu. Mitchell is especially excited for guests to try the iberico pork, an acorn-fed Spanish pork with a “nice marbled flavor” paired with “nutty, spicy” romesco sauce and chimichurri to bring out the herbs and acidity.

“I wanted to create a menu for the perfect date night, highlighting the best ingredients and pairing with flavors that are unique and creative, flavorful, and visually captivating,” Mitchell explained.

Brower echoed Mitchell’s excitement. She noted that The Perfect Pairing series aims to inspire creativity in the kitchen, resulting in unique guest experiences and culinary flair you can’t find anywhere else.

“The Perfect Pairing series is an extension of our commitment to providing unique and exceptional dining experiences,” she said. “We see this as a way to elevate not only significant events like Valentine's Day but also the changing seasons, culinary traditions outside the norm, and pay homage to even familiar traditions. It allows our dedicated team to share their passion and culinary creativity, inviting guests to try something new while still feeling at home.”

1818 Chophouse strives to create an environment that prioritizes elegant dining and memorable experiences. They want people to enjoy the unique, perfectly-paired menu alongside the welcoming, high-class atmosphere.

Brower hopes to see many guests on Feb. 5 for “A Valentine’s Affair: An Evening of Romance, Indulgence, and Unforgettable Flavors.” 1818 Chophouse wants to create a romantic experience for couples across the region to remember long after Valentine’s Day.

“We’re not just a fine dining establishment; we’re a beloved local spot where everyone can feel at home,” Brower added. “At 1818 Chophouse, we take great pride in our menu and service, yet we still maintain that friendly, welcoming vibe that encourages guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Plus, our staff is dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure each couple has a unique and enjoyable experience tailored to their needs.
