CARROLLTON - Carrollton's girls basketball won its 17th game of the season on Monday night, Feb. 9, 2026, at Carrollton. Calhoun kept the game close, but the rival Hawks prevailed by a 41-36 margin.
Carrollton's Hadley Lake and Calhoun's Sadie Kiel both tallied 16 points for their teams to lead the scorers in the contest.

Carrollton's Blake Driskill had 10 points and Chloe McAdams added 9 points. Stella Gress had 11 points for Calhoun and Bralynn Lammy added 8 points for the Warriors.
Calhoun plays in the Greenfield Regional on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m. against Bunker Hill. The game will be held at Calhoun High School. Calhoun is seeded fifth in the Bunker Hill Sectional and Bunker Hill's girls are seeded 12th.
Carrollton has the second seed in the Bunker Hill Sectional and plays either Kincaid or Raymond Lincolnwood at 6 p.m. at Greenfield Regional on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026.
Okawville has the top seed in the sectional, while Carlyle is seeded third.
