In his new role, Mr. McCrady will oversee the maintenance and operations of all district buildings and grounds, lead preventative maintenance planning, supervise maintenance teams, and guide long range facility improvements.

Superintendent Elaine Kane shared, “The Director of Facilities is a very important role in our district, leading the efforts to provide our students and staff the excellent learning conditions they deserve. We are grateful to Dave McClintock for twenty years of admirable leadership, and we are proud to appoint a proven Redbird whose experience, preparation and pride in this community will serve our district well.”

Reflecting on his appointment, Mr. McCrady shared, “This district has shaped me, and it means a great deal to be trusted with this responsibility. My goal is simple, I want people to feel safe and cared for the moment they walk into our schools.”

With this transition, the district will begin the hiring process for a Maintenance Foreman to fill the position vacated by Mr.McCrady.
