EDWARDSVILLE - The Little Lightning Youth Basketball Program is entering its first season this spring in the Bitty Baller League in Edwardsville, Illinois, and organizers are seeking parents and elementary school athletes in second through fifth grade to join its 3-on-3 developmental program.
