ALTON - Liberty Bank, A United Community Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jared Siebert to Market President. Jared has been with Liberty Bank for five years, most recently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending. In his new role, Jared leads and supports the Liberty Bank team while overseeing market strategy and growth.
His emphasis is on strengthening client relationships and expanding Liberty Bank’s presence as a trusted provider of personal, business, and wealth management services throughout the Riverbend area. “My focus as Market President is to support our team and continue to deliver the high level of service our clients expect and deserve,” stated Siebert.

He began his banking career in 2006 while attending Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), working part-time while completing his undergraduate studies. Over the course of his career, he has held positions including personal banker, retail mortgage lender, branch manager, commercial credit analyst, commercial credit department manager, and commercial lending officer. He spent 13 years with TheBANK of Edwardsville before gaining additional industry experience and joined Liberty Bank in 2021.

He is also a graduate of the Community Bankers Association of Illinois Community Bankers School.
Active in the community, Jared serves on the board of the Edwardsville Rotary Club and is a past board member of the Edwardsville CEO Program. He and his wife, Amy, live in Edwardsville with their three children and together they enjoy sports, traveling, fishing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
