-- Nathanson Busch will be participating in a panel discussion about the impact that recent bankruptcies have had on asbestos litigation.
-- Kramer will be contributing to a panel about talc litigation, discussing the intricacies of talc trials, industrial talc and emerging case law in this space. “I am honored to be participating and pleased to drive important discussions about developments in asbestos litigation,” said Nathanson Busch, who serves on Simmons Hanly Conroy’s leadership team.
