MARION - Marquette Catholic's girls soccer squad is off to an undefeated 2-0 start after a win over Marion on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Marion.

Marquette junior Izzi Hough scored off a penalty kick in the first half, while sophomore Remmi Copeland scored in the second half, assisted by Alex Stephan.

Marquette opened with a 5-0 win over Breese Mater Dei on March 18 for its 2-0 mark.

Explorers senior Jessica Eales earned her second clean sheet in 2026. The Marquette backline of Maddie Waters, Delaney Ortmann, Rylie Jacobs, and Emma Dempsey supported Jessica throughout the game.

On Tuesday, Marquette travels to Columbia and faces Father McGivney in girls' soccer on Thursday at home.
