Vaughn, a senior, moved to the Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7 this year. Despite only being here for a short time, he has already proven to be a powerful asset to the school community. His positivity and kindness set him apart.
Vaughn has taken German classes since his freshman year. He has been a member of the German Club for four years and loves the language. It’s difficult to learn a second language, but Vaughn is committed to his studies and pushes himself to learn as much as possible.
His hard work has paid off, as Vaughn has maintained his spot on the honor roll for three years so far and hopes to manage a fourth year before he graduates. He knows the value of hard work and demonstrates dedication in everything he attempts.
In his free time, Vaughn has helped with local community events and other volunteer opportunities. He also enjoys drawing and writing.
He is still deciding what he wants to do after high school. No matter what he chooses, his loved ones and teachers know he will be successful.
Congratulations to Aiden for this recognition by Edwardsville High School!
