Bunker Hill's Alex Lair went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Peter Jarden led the Bunker Hill Varsity Minutemen with two hits in three at-bats.

The Minutemen will finish the series against Morrisonville at home on Thursday, April 16, 2026. On Friday, Bunker Hill plays Greenfield/Northwestern in Palmyra.

The Mohawks scored seven runs on five hits in the bottom of the sixth inning. Bryce Cowdrey doubled, scoring one run; Mason Tryon singled, scoring one run; Jhude Walker singled, scoring one run; Cody Ganther drew a walk, scoring one run; and a passed ball scored one run.

Nick Rull led things off on the hill for Bunker Hill Varsity Minutemen. The starting pitcher gave up five hits and four runs (three earned) over four innings, striking out six and walking seven.

Brodey VanHooser started on the mound for the Mohawks. He allowed three hits and one run over five innings, striking out eight and walking two.

The Mohawks amassed 10 hits in the game. Pope led Morrisonville with three hits in four at-bats. Tryon and Armentrout each collected multiple hits for Morrisonville.

The Mohawks had 13 stolen bases in the game, another key to the contest.
