Tuesday starts mostly cloudy and cool in the River Bend, with temperatures in the mid-50s early and a light northwest breeze around 3 mph. It may feel a bit milder at times, closer to 57, but the air stays comfortable as the morning gets going.

By afternoon, clouds break enough for a mix of sun and clouds, and humidity stays lower than it has been. The high reaches about 64 with a north-northwest wind near 8 mph and occasional gusts around 10 mph. Rain is not likely during the day, with only a small 25% chance.

Tuesday evening stays mostly cloudy, but the forecast turns more active after sunset. A couple of showers and a thunderstorm are possible early in the evening, with rain chances rising to 86%. Winds stay light out of the north around 9 mph, with gusts near 13 mph.

Overnight, the wet weather moves through and temperatures fall to around 49 under mainly cloudy skies. If you are heading out late, keep the umbrella nearby just in case.

Tree pollen is very high today, while grass, ragweed and mold levels are low.

Wednesday brings a breezy mix of clouds and sun with a high near 63 and a low around 43. It looks drier overall, with stronger north-northwest winds and gusts that could top 25 mph.
