Letter To The Editor:

Why is it taking so long to fix the traffic lights on Humbert Road in front of Alton High School, morning and afternoon, when the school traffic is the busiest?

It causes a very bad safety situation with all the traffic each day, and they have been on flashing since Sunday morning.
