This impactful event is designed to help women better understand the physical, emotional, and mental changes that often accompany hormonal shifts: topics that many women feel are overlooked, dismissed, or minimized in traditional healthcare conversations.

“The goal of this event is simple: women deserve answers, support, and real conversations about what they are experiencing,” said Shannon Shores of PremierU. “Too many women are told their symptoms are ‘just aging’ when in reality there are resources, education, and treatment options available that can dramatically improve quality of life.”

The event will feature community discussion, educational insight, and opportunities for attendees to connect with healthcare professionals and wellness-focused community partners who are passionate about supporting women through every stage of life.
