
O'FALLON - Alton's Rayna Raglin qualified in three events for the upcoming girls state track and field meet on Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23, 2026, in Charleston, with a strong performance at the O'Fallon Girls 3A Track and Field Sectional on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
Raglin qualified in the 100 meters with a first-place time of 11.40. Redbirds teammate Justice Haynes also qualified with a time of 12.25 in 10th place.

Raglin blazed home to first in the 200 meters with a time of 23.48, and Haynes was 11th in that event with a time of 25.77.
In the 400 meters, Raglin qualified again with a third-place finish and a time of 55.62.
Alton was eighth overall in the sectional with 39 points. Edwardsville won the meet with 159 points.
Leah Hubbard was eighth in the 400 event with a time of 1:01.38.
Vail Schwab was 13th in the 800 meters (2:29.59).
Sophia Helfrich was 16th in the 1,600 meters (5:40.84). This was Sophia's last race as a Redbirds runner, as she is a graduating senior.
Alton's 4 x 200 relay was seventh (1:48.81). Alton was ninth in the 4 x 400 relay (4:09.0).
Olivia Williams of Alton was fourth in the high jump (1.52 meters). Leah Hubbard was fourth in the long jump (5.43 meters).
Aryanna Anthony of Alton was 10th in the triple jump (10.21 meters), and Williams was 11th (10.13 meters).
