Juneteenth Wellness and Unity Fair set for June 18, 2026, in East St. Louis

EAST ST. LOUIS - Community members in East St. Louis are invited to attend the Stronger Together: Juneteenth Wellness & Unity Fair on June 18, 2026, a free public event aimed at promoting healing, empowerment, wellness, and community connection.

The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 505 S. 8th Street in East St. Louis, Illinois. Organizers said the event will bring together more than 20 community organizations and resource partners offering services, education, and support to residents.

Attendees will have access to free health screenings and child physicals provided by SIHF, communicable disease screenings provided by Community Wellness Project, mental health and wellness resources, community resource tables and support services, and a complimentary lunch.

The event was created to promote unity, encourage meaningful dialogue, and connect individuals and families with organizations committed to improving community wellness and access to care.

“Juneteenth is not only a celebration of freedom and culture, but also an opportunity to strengthen our community through education, healing, and connection,” said Comprehensive Behavioral Center of St. Clair County, Inc. “We are proud to bring organizations together to provide meaningful resources and support our community.”

The Stronger Together Juneteenth Wellness & Unity Fair is free and open to the public.
