RiverBender started “Our Daily Show with CJ Nasello” in 2022, and the podcast has grown quite a bit since its beginning. Live every weekday morning from 9–11 a.m. and available to stream anytime, “Our Daily Show!” tells the story of the Riverbend community with each interview.

“It’s a real gift to get to know the community like this,” Nasello said. “When we created the show, our mission was to spotlight all the cool things and people in the Riverbend area. We do that every morning, and it’s great to see that people resonate with it.”

While there are fresh interviews every day, the show welcomes a few recurring supporters each month. Nasello expressed his appreciation for these guests and their insights as community staples.

Curtis Stephens from Stephens Planning jumps on the show every Monday morning to bring insights on how he helps his clients achieve more. Stephens Planning offers independent fiduciary planning, and Stephens is happy to share information about his work and his offerings with the community.

Hayner Public Library District is a regular guest on the show, appearing on the first and last Monday of each month. The organization goes way beyond books, hence the segment’s name, “Beyond the Shelves.” Hayner’s executive director, Mary Cordes, shares more about everything the library does for their district.

The North Alton-Godfrey Business Council spotlights different businesses on the first Tuesday of every month. This group goes out of its way to support local businesses and organizations, and “Our Daily Show!” is happy to welcome these community leaders on the show to highlight their work.
