This innovative service offers both a phone line and a chat feature, ensuring accessible, round-the-clock assistance.

The Gaggle ReachOut crisis line is more than just a helpline; it’s a lifeline that fosters a personal connection — a crucial element often sought by today’s digitally savvy students. This service, available in English and Spanish, ensures that every student has access to a trained, caring professional ready to offer help in real-time at the very moment it’s needed most.

Here are just a few examples of what kind of support the mental health support line can provide:

• Emotional support: Individuals feeling depressed or experiencing stress or anxiety can find support and guidance on how to navigate their feelings.
