The Edwardsville 17-year-old captured the county title in Highland, stepping into the spotlight as she succeeds the retiring 2025 queen ahead of her senior year at EHS.

HIGHLAND — Incoming Edwardsville High School senior Aleigha Fazio, 17, of Edwardsville, was crowned the 2026 Miss Madison County Fair Queen on July 25, 2026, in Highland.

Fazio succeeds retiring 2025 fair queen Shayden Hogg.

Fazio competed in the 16-21 age category. Aleigha is a 5-foot-6 running back/defensive back for the Tigers and has been preparing for the upcoming 2026 fall season.

Alton’s Haley Rodgers.

Pocahontas’ Kendyll Decker.

Highland’s Bailee Dorsey.

Junior Miss

In other divisions, Highland’s Reese Zobrist, 14, was named 2026 Junior Miss in the contest for girls ages 11-14.

Little Miss

Collinsville’s Kate Smiley was crowned Madison County Fair Little Miss queen.
