Lane Closures on U.S. 67 In Greene County To Begin July 30, 2026

Intermittent closures from Carrollton through White Hall to Roodhouse are scheduled for pavement patching and are expected to last until mid-September.

GREENE COUNTY – The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that intermittent lane closures on U.S. 67 from Ponderosa Lane in Carrollton through White Hall to Cain Avenue in Roodhouse will begin Thursday, July 30, for pavement patching, weather permitting. Flaggers will maintain two-way traffic.

The work is expected to be completed by mid-September.

Drivers are urged to reduce speed, obey all construction signage, and refrain from using mobile devices while approaching and traveling through the work zone and detour route.
