Hazy, Hot and Dry Conditions Set the Tone for Tuesday

Tuesday starts sunny and quiet, with temperatures in the mid-60s early and a light breeze. It is a comfortable start, though it already feels a bit warmer than the thermometer shows.

By afternoon, hazy sunshine takes over and the temperature climbs to a high near 88. Rain chances stay close to zero, and winds remain light out of the south to southeast at around 3 to 5 mph, with a few gusts near 10 mph. The hotter part of the day will feel closer to 101, so it may be a good idea to take breaks if you will be outside for long.

Tuesday evening stays calm and dry with plenty of clear sky as temperatures ease back through the 80s. After sunset, the air stays fairly warm and quiet, leading into an overnight low near 67. Late tonight looks clear with little wind and no rain expected.

The allergy outlook is low overall. Grass, mold, ragweed and tree pollen are all in the low range today.

Wednesday brings a high near 89 and a low around 69, with a mix of clouds and sun during the day. Most of the daylight hours look dry, but showers and thunderstorms are likely to move in Wednesday night.
