BROOKLYN, ILL. — A woman was shot and killed early Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at Club O Gentlemen’s Club in Brooklyn, Ill. and a man was killed nearly two hours later in a second shooting a short distance away, Illinois State Police said.
The first shooting happened at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at the club in the 200 block of Madison Street, according to the Illinois State Police.

The second shooting happened at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, in the 100 block of South Fourth Street, nearly two blocks east of the club. State police said two victims were shot, and one man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigations are ongoing, state police said.
