BREESE CENTRAL 14, JERSEY 7: Jersey Community High School Football traveled to Breese Central Friday and lost 14-7, but Trevor Tucker had 18 tackles for the Panthers and completed 7 of 15 passes for 12
Tucker also connected with Andrew Koenig for the Panthers' touchdown, with Carson Becker adding the PAT.
GREENFIELD-NORTHWESTERN 46, NORTH GREENE 6
Greenfield-Northwestern captured its fourth win of the season 46-6 over North Greene on Friday night.
Ty Borman was 6 of 10 passing for 221 yards and 3 TDs, Carter Murphy ran 10 times for 81 yards and a score and Breenen Vetter carried 10 times for 80 yards and two touchdowns. Carter Chapman had two receptions for 125 yards and 2 TDs and Jason Hoots had 1 catch for 29 yards and a touchdown.
ALTHOFF CATHOLIC 35, ROXANA 28
Roxana lost a heart-breaker to Althoff Catholic on Friday night 35-28.
The two teams were tied 14-14 after the first period, then Althoff jumped ahead 35-28 at the half. Neither team scored in the third or fourth quarters.
FREEBURG 52, CIVIC MEMORIAL 20
Civic Memorial fell to Freeburg 52-20 on Friday night.
Freeburg scored six points in the first quarter, 17 in the second quarter, seven in the third and 22 points in the final period. CM scored seven points in the second quarter and 13 in the final period.
CARROLLTON 27, PLEASANT HILL 6
Carrollton captured its second win Friday night with a 27-6 triumph over Pleasant Hill.
Carrollton scored seven points in the second quarter, seven in the third quarter and 13 points in the final period to take the victory.
The Hawks host North Greene on Sept. 25.
