Community Hope Center Welcomes Christy Schaper as Development Director
As the nonprofit builds on decades of community service, its new development director sees an opportunity to align strategic expertise with an expanding mission.
BETHALTO – Community Hope Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Christy Schaper as its new Development Director. Bringing more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, and relationship building, Schaper joins the organization at an exciting time of growth and expanded impact.
In her new role, Schaper will lead fundraising initiatives, donor relations, grant development, and community partnerships that support Community Hope Center's mission of providing help, hope, and opportunities to individuals and families throughout the region.

Throughout her career, Schaper has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing nonprofit missions through strategic fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community collaboration. Her experience includes developing donor relationships, creating successful fundraising campaigns, and fostering partnerships that strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.
