Carrollton Hawks Sweep Three Matches At Roxana Girls Volleyball Tournament

Sophomore Hadley Lake (No. 32) already a dominant force for the Hawks with her 6-foot-1 height. ROXANA - Carrollton's girls volleyball Hawks rolled to three consecutive wins in the Roxana Girls Volleyball Tournament on Tuesday night, Aug. 25, 2026.

In Group D of the tournament, the Hawks won all three of their matches, defeating O'Fallon First Baptist Academy 25-10, 25-8, Piasa Southwestern 25-18, 25-14, and Marquette Catholic 25-14, 25-23.

Crecia Robeen is the head coach of the Hawks.

Hadley Lake, a 6-foot-1 sophomore, was dominant at the net all night long on Tuesday. Chloe McAdams, another veteran and a junior, was also consistent all night for the Hawks.

Landry Robeen is an outstanding setter for the Hawks and is also only a junior.

Other talented Hawks players are Lily Schmidt, Kadyn Lake, Hannah Hoaglin, Alexis Martin, Leach Schnettgoecke, Lexi Ross, Addyson Simmons, Lilly Baurer and Collins Newton.

Carrollton plays at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, again in the Roxana Tournament against Staunton. On Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, the Hawks host Jersey in a 7:15 p.m. match.
