Downtown Troy to Host First-Ever Hometown Holiday Market on November 29th
Explore handmade goods and seasonal treats from over 50 vendors during the inaugural festive market event in downtown Troy this November.
TROY — Downtown Troy will transform into a festive winter village on Saturday, November 29th, as the community comes together for the inaugural Hometown Holiday Market from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in celebration of Small Business Saturday.

The family-friendly event invites residents and visitors to stroll the heart of downtown while enjoying unique gifts, handmade goods, seasonal food and drinks, Christmas music, photo opportunities, and specials from local businesses. In true small-town holiday spirit, wandering carolers from Monkey Noodle Theater Company will fill the streets with classic tunes throughout the evening.
One of the highlights of the event is the Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley, generously sponsored by Ace Hardware Troy, Susan and Allen Adomite and AAge Electric, offering guests an easy and festive way park and explore downtown shops, restaurants, and vendor areas with some historical sites narrated along the way by the Troy Historical Society.
Families won’t want to miss a special appearance by Santa Claus, who will be available for visits and photos at The Sanctuary on Main (Moonbird Yoga) from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The Hometown Holiday Market is organized by the First Fridays Chamber committee in partnership with Downtown Troy businesses. The event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome.
