This family-friendly 5K and 1-mile fun run kicks off at 8:00 a.m., giving participants the perfect start to Thanksgiving Day with a healthy, feel-good event that benefits a great cause. The Turkey Trot brings together thousands of runners, walkers, families, and friends each year to raise funds for local families in crisis through the work of Edwardsville Neighbors.

In addition to the scenic campus route and festive holiday spirit, this year’s race includes a special new partnership with local business Wrenn & Rae. Participants will have the option to choose a custom LED belt bag by Wrenn & Rae as their official race swag - a fun, functional way to light up the morning run while supporting small business and community giving.

“We’re so excited to partner with the Edwardsville Neighbors Turkey Trot and share our Wrenn & Rae LED Belt Bags, logoed just for this event,” said Ashley Dicks, owner of Wrenn & Rae. “Supporting small businesses is a passion for us, and being able to contribute to a non-profit that brings our community together makes it even more meaningful. Lucas and I love seeing neighbors connect, get active, and celebrate local impact!”
