Florissant Man Dies After Pedestrian Crash on Highway 67

The 24-year-old was found in the roadway after the crash on January 31. Authorities are seeking information from the public to clarify the incident.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Elijah Treat, 24, of Florissant, Missouri, died after being struck by a vehicle on January 31, 2026, in the 4100 block of North Highway 67 near Old Halls Ferry Road, according to the St. Louis County Police Department.

The crash occurred at approximately 9:33 p.m. when officers from the North County Precinct responded to a motor vehicle crash call. Treat was found in the roadway and transported to a nearby hospital for life-saving treatment but later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver involved remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. The St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons and Accident Reconstruction detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
