O'FALLON — A head-on crash involving a school bus with no children aboard and a motor vehicle carrying three people shut down Hartman Lane near Kingsley Drive for about an hour Friday morning, Sept. 18, 2026, the O'Fallon Police Department said.

Emergency crews responded around 7:45 a.m. Friday. Police said crews responded to the area after a report of the collision.
O'Fallon Police said four people were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Crews remained on scene as tow trucks worked to remove the vehicles from the roadway, police said.
