BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville's Kiyoko Proctor, an Alton High graduate, received Ohio Valley Conference freshman of the week honors for her first time this season.

In her game against Evansville, she recorded 16 points on 6-12 shooting, adding four rebounds, four assists, and three steal,s going 2-2 from the free throw line.
Proctor was a star for Alton's girls' basketball program in 2024-2025 under Coach Deserea Howard.
The Cougars take on Calumet College Thursday at 6 pm
