MADISON COUNTY — Alice Pierce, 28, has been charged with four counts of child pornography, a Class X felony, following an investigation by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Cybercrimes Division.

The investigation began Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, after the division received multiple Cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children indicating that an unknown individual was in possession of and disseminating child pornography. Detectives served multiple search warrants as part of the inquiry.

On Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2025, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2200 block of Miracle Avenue in unincorporated Granite City, the Madison County Sheriff's Office said. Several items of evidence were seized and analyzed.

The case was presented to the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office for review, resulting in charges against Pierce, who remains in custody at the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

These charges, as well as the statements made herein, are based upon probable cause. The defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
