The deaths stem from a Friday evening crash on Lewis and Clark Boulevard in Bellefontaine Neighbors, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on May 1.

The patrol report said Jordyn Williams, 18, and her aunt, Cherese Fisher, 53, both of St. Louis, were driving south on Lewis and Clark Boulevard near Haviland Drive when they were sideswiped. The crash sent their vehicle into the northbound lanes, where it hit another vehicle head-on.

Williams and Fisher died, along with the driver of the third vehicle, Andrea Medina, 28, of Florissant, Mo., the report said.

These charges, as well as the statements made herein, are based upon probable cause. The defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
