ALTON – Simmons Hanly Conroy, a national leader in the legal representation of mesothelioma patients and their families, has partnered with Perrin Conferences in support of this year’s Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference taking place March 4-6 at the Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort.

Simmons Hanly Conroy partners Jennifer Alesio, Lisa Nathanson Busch and Jim Kramer will be speaking at the event, and the firm is proud to be sponsoring the opening networking cocktail reception. The annual conference focuses on the latest trends and challenges in asbestos litigation.

It draws plaintiff and defense attorneys, judges, in-house counsel, insurance professionals, and industry experts. This year’s agenda includes sessions about national filing trends and emerging jurisdictions, talc litigation, various impacts of asbestos litigation, a genetics overview, as well as AI and ethical considerations. In addition to the firm’s sponsorship, Simmons Hanly Conroy will be represented by the following presenters: Alesio will be speaking on a genetics overview panel focused on how the science is changing and genetic evidence in low dose asbestos cases.
