“We’re excited to have them back and ready to get to work,” the department said.

The department said Session 160 of the academy is already underway, with three more O’Fallon officers — Burkhalter, Hahs and Maddray — currently attending. Their graduation is scheduled for Dec. 4.

“Thanks to all of our officers for the hard work they’ve put in so far,” the department said. “We’re proud of the work they’re doing and look forward to what’s ahead.”
