Zoey Masengale Achieves It All at Althoff Catholic High School

BELLEVILLE - Zoey Masengale works hard in everything she does.

For her accomplishments, Zoey Masengale is a Student of the Month for Althoff Catholic High School.

Masengale, a senior, has served on the Basic Youth Board as a delegate since her freshman year. She also plays varsity volleyball and varsity soccer.

She recently joined the local Rotary Club, and she participates in the Crusaders Against Alcohol and Drugs Club. She is a member of the scholar bowl and math teams.

She gives back to her school as a student ambassador. She also recently founded the Women in STEM organization. She participates in the Student STEM forum.

Masengale’s hard work has paid off; she has received many accolades throughout her high school career. She is currently ranked first in her class and received the Academic Girls All State Award in 2024. She has earned national recognition from Big Future Schools and the College Board First Gen Recognition Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

Outside of school, Masengale is a Prom Dollz ambassador. She works a part-time job and previously played club soccer and volleyball.

She has limited free time, but she enjoys hiking, spending time on the lake, going to concerts and music festivals, reading, cooking and trying new things.

She is excited for life after high school. Just as they always do, her teachers and loved ones will be cheering her on.

“I plan on going to college, but I am unsure where, to study nuclear engineering,” she shared. “I am also thinking of playing club sports and rushing in college.”

Congratulations to Zoey for this recognition from Althoff Catholic High School!
