Amanda Webb

Amanda M. “Mandy” Webb, 32, passed away at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at her home.  Born Oct. 2, 1978 in Alton, she was the daughter of Richard Webb, now deceased, and Theresa (Williams) O’Neal of Cottage Hills.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Tom O’Neal of Cottage Hills; a son, Jordan Stagner of Cottage Hills; a daughter, Adrianna Nichol; three half-brothers, Joshua Foutch and Kenny Webb, both of Cottage Hills and Steven Webb of Alton; and a nephew, Brenten Foutch.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents Wilburn and Jeanette Williams.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 22 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from 11 a.m. until services begin at 1:00 p.m.  Cremation will follow.

Memorials may be given to the Jordan Stagner Trust Fund.
