Beverly Belden

Beverly A. Belden, 75, passed away 9:35 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2016 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born in Hartford on October 11, 1940, she was the daughter of Russell and Ethel (Scoggins) Belden.

She had worked in the food service division of Argosy Casino for 20 years before retiring in 2014.

She is survived by a brother, Darrell Belden of Hartford; and two sisters, Wanda McCullen of St. Louis and Barbara McDonough of Wood River.

She was preceded in death by her perents; a son, Jamie Belden; and two brothers, John Belden and Dennis Belden.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Graveside Committal Rites and Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m Friday in Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.

Memorials may be made to St.Louis Children's Hospital.
