Brian Mick

Brian J. Mick, 55, passed away unexpectedly at 6:30 am on Thursday, February 28, 2013 after an accident.

He was born on March 28, 1957 in Springfield, IL, the son of Edward and Eugenia (Buerk) Mick. 

He was formerly married to LaDon Mick of Alton.  She survives. 

Brian was a programmer for Wainright Enterprises.  He enjoyed boating, barbequing, spending time with his family and was an avid Cardinals fan. 

He is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Mick of Wood River and Brianna Mick of Alton; a brother, Greg Mick of Kentucky, his girlfriend, Linda Brown of Bethalto and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto where funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday with Pastor Willard Meyer officiating.

Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.

Memorials may be made to a Charity of One’s Choice.
