Chosen Corleone-Johnson

Chosen Markieth Corleone-Johnson, went to be with the Lord at 7:13 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He was born on November 7, 2025, in Alton, the infant son of Malik C. Johnson and Carmalita T. Garcia both of Alton.

Chosen is survived by his parents; paternal grandmother, Kelly Taylor-Bay of Alton; maternal grandfather, Ben Garcia Jr. of Alton; paternal great grandmother, Jacqueline Taylor f Alton; aunts and uncles, Amunique Holmes, Melosa Mojeda, Ariyuana Gilliam, Diamond Garcia, Donna Garcia, Santana Garcia, Gino Garcia, Ben Garcia III and Gabriel Garcia and a cousin, Diamond Denton.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 2 pm until time of service at 3 pm, at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey, Pastor David Bosarge will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to the family to help with expenses.
