Claude Clem

Claude David Clem, 77, passed away January 31, 2018 at Bethalto Care Center.

Born in San Diego, CA on November 29, 1940, he was the son of Robert and Thelma (Taylor) Clem.

He had been a plant manager for Chris Kaye Plastics and Injects Plastics before retiring.

Surviving are three daughters, Carol LaCoax (Steve Carey) of Rosewood Heights, Cindy (Randy) Harris of Edwardsville, Cathy Bogart of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren, Zach and Zane Butkovich, Katie LaCoax (Cory Downer), Jennifer LaCoax (Dan Emerick); a brother, R. Taylor (Peggy) Clem;  and a sister, Carmen (Dennis) Narup.

His parents; and a sister, Karen Tow preceded in death.

In accordance with his wishes, his body was donated to Washington University School of Medicine.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Disease Foundation.
