Danny Raymond Schrieber, 31, died unexpectedly at 8:16 a.m., Monday, January , 2018 in Jerseyville.He was born in Jerseyville on Dec. 17, 1986, one of two sons born to David Leo and Donna Sue (Copples) Schrieber.As a young boy, Danny attended East Elementary and later Victory Baptist Church Christian School. In his adult years, he was well known as handyman, able to fix just about anything that was presented to him. He willingly gave of his time to help others if necessary, and was always available to help his family, especially his Uncle Raymond.Surviving are his parents, David and Donna Schrieber of Jerseyville; his older brother, Donald Eugene Schrieber; an uncle, Raymond Schrieber of Jerseyville; and an aunt, Mary Schultz of Eagarville.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eugene and Lorene Schrieber and Donald and Grace Copples; and an aunt, Evelyn Louise Zbinden.Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Friday until time of funeral services at 7 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Rev. John Gibson will officiate.He will be laid to rest in the Noble Cemetery in Otterville.Memorials may be given to his family in care of the funeral home.
