David Jr

David H. Harris Jr. age 45 obtained final rest on Monday, November 10,2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia.  He was born August 7, 1969 in Alton, Illinois to the union of David H. Harris Sr. and Dallas (Burnett) Harris.  He was educated in the Alton Public School System.  He worked as a butcher for Diamond Meat Packaging and as a technician for the Railroad. An Entrepreneur, he was Founder and President of Harris Construction Company.
In addition his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Theodore and Betty Burnett, Robert and Lacenia Harris.
He leaves to lovingly remember his life, his mother Dallas Harris, his fiance' Amanda McDaniel and their children, and the mothers of his children, Theresa Proctor, Michelle Town and Nadine Harris, brothers, Albert Burnett (Monica), Richard Harris (Andrea), and Terrence Stegall (Stacey) sisters, Tonya Willis (Ben), and Christina Harris, children David III, Jeremy, Marcus, Alexis Audrianna, Richard, Daulton, Gardell, Justin, Alana, Christopher, Nikki, Tyler and Terrence, 17 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Saturday November 22, 2014 at Oakwood COGIC
