Diane Cullipher

Diane Kay Cullipher, nee Storm, age 74, of Belleville, IL formerly of Caseyville, IL, born on September 12, 1951, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Friday, July 17, 2026, at her home with her family.

Diane was a Collinsville High School graduate and a former McDonald’s Restaurant Manger in Jefferson City, MO.  She loved all holidays, especially Christmas.  Diane was an avid Cardinal Baseball fan and also of the cardinal birds in her yard.  She was into canning and pickling vegetables from her garden.  She was a loving and caring soul to her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mary, nee Hoffer Storm; and her sister, Linda Davis.

Diane is survived by her husband, Robert D. Cullipher; her children, Stephen Cullipher of Belleville, IL, and Michael (Alicia) Cullipher of St. Louis, MO; and her granddaughter, Kayleen Todd (Jay Watson) of Jefferson City, MO.  She was our loving aunt and friend.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Visitation will also be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.  Interment will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
