Ellen Wagner

Ellen Wagner, 92, died at 2:28 p.m. Monday, July 4, 2016 at St. Louis University Hospital. Born Livonia Ellen Wagner on January 13, 1924 in Alton, she was the daughter of William Henry Wagner Sr. and Eva Livonia (Ruyle) Wagner. Ellen was a legal secretary for Judge Karl Korngold and retired as executive secretary to the President of the American Water Company. Surviving is a brother, Leslie Wagner of Tempe, AZ and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, William, Harold, Wesley and Glenn Wagner, and a sister, Edna Wilson. There will be no services.
