Eva Louise Winsel, 70, passed away September 15, 2016.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service has been scheduled for her from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 2, at the 1st Christian Church in Bethalto.

Marks Mortuary in Wood River is in charge.
